What's being studied

A new class of selective PRMT5 inhibitors.

MTA-cooperative binding

Investigational agents are designed to engage PRMT5 only in the presence of elevated MTA — i.e., selectively in MTAP-deleted cells.

Monotherapy & combination

Trials are evaluating single-agent activity as well as rational combinations with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted agents.

Across solid tumors

Enrollment spans NSCLC, pancreatic, mesothelioma, glioma, bladder, and other tumor types where MTAP loss is common.
